Wet-coated and powder-coated surfaces

Chapters

1. Regular maintenance

Powder coating and wet coating applied on our products is highly impact-resistant, requiring minor maintenance when used in appropriate indoor conditions. Occasional dusting and mild cleaning are sufficient to preserve its appearance in the long term. In case of contamination, we recommend removing the stains as soon as possible using the recommendations below.

2. Stain removal

Begin by carefully removing any loose residues with a wet, non-abrasive cloth. In many cases, water is sufficient to remove stains from the powder-coated or wet-coated surfaces. You can also use a mild detergent, e.g. pH-neutral liquid hand or dishwashing detergent in warm water to remove dust, salt and other deposits.

For stubborn stains, use recommended solvents only on the affected area, e.g. Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or methylated spirits and rinse off with clean water. Do not use other aggressive solvents.

After cleaning, rinse the surface with clean water and wipe it with a dry, non-abrasive cloth.
