We strive to keep our packaging as sustainable as possible. For that, we use recycled or recyclable materials, such as corrugated cardboard and certified wooden formworks. Moreover, we try to keep the number of packaging materials at a minimum and work with transport partners who share the same values.

Our standard delivery term ranges from 6 to 8 weeks. In some cases, the delivery may take longer than 8 weeks. If this is the case, we will inform you in advance. Also, some general exceptions are stated in our price list.

The first and main reason for such a policy is transparency. We want to make it clear to our customers about what a product price is and what transport costs are. 

Also, we charge the transport costs without any profit margin. These costs are calculated on the basis of volume, final destination, method of transport and possibly the special delivery requests. In order to take all these factors into account in the product price, we would have to make our products considerably more expensive.

By charging the transport costs separately without the profit margin, we ensure that every customer gets the best possible offer. At the same time, we work with regular transport partners with experience in furniture transport. This ensures that the products arrive undamaged. We see this as part of our quality policy.
